Choosing the right workout is important which is why we put together this handy page to give you an idea of what to expect from each Class and Express Workout in the Members Portal.

Athletic muscle conditioning class aimed to increase your strength & lower your body fat! Inspired by personal training, bootcamp & a variety of other training classes like boxing, balance/mobility, kickboxing, and strength based classes - you will work your entire body to a playlist of killer tracks! Suitable for all fitness levels.

STRONG combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your perceived limits, to reach your fitness goals faster. This HIIT style class will have you sweating, puffing and kicking goals like no other!

HUSTLE STRENGTH AND TONE  is a one of a kind Dumbbell Sculpt Workout. This class takes light dumbbells & fuses a strength workout with energetic music which will shape, sculpt & improve your muscle tone. Focusing on functional (real life) & high repetition movements. You'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. Suitable for all fitness levels.

This class takes you on a journey through different stages designed to increase your ability to function with less pain.

You will experience sequences of strengthening and mobility to sections of deep and dynamic stretching all connected and flowing through engaging and uplifting music.

VeraFlow is just what you need to feel completely relaxed and content, prevent injuries from occurring and find a state of calm at the end of your workout. Suited to those who love dance, yoga, meditation and anyone looking for a gentle, low impact style class.

Short on time but still wanting a killer full body workout? Our B15 Bootcamp will do just and all in under 15 minutes.

3,2,1
Our classic 3,2,1 workout starts with 3 minutes of strength exercises, 2 minutes
of cardio exercises and 1 minute of
core/abdominal training, repeat twice and you have a killer time efficient
workout.

Strength Sessions
Our Strength Sessions Workouts use dumbbells or hand weights to help strengthen and condition your entire
body.

These sessions consist of 5 Upper Body, 5 Lower Body and 5 Core Exercises in intervals of 40 seconds each with 20 seconds to rest in between.

Full Body Blitz
This total body workout includes a
selection of exercises that start at 10 repetitions and descend down to 1.

The perfect way to get alot done in little time.

Fun Workout

Hiit Sessions - Low Impact
This session will deliver all of the
benefits of a High Intensity Interval
Training (Hiit) workout but without the
high impact.

This workout will give you short bursts of intensity coupled with short periods of rest.

A purely cardio focused workout built to increase fat loss and increase your
