HUSTLE STRENGTH AND TONE  is a one of a kind Dumbbell Sculpt Workout. This class takes light dumbbells & fuses a strength workout with energetic music which will shape, sculpt & improve your muscle tone. Focusing on functional (real life) & high repetition movements. You'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Are you ready to get back into the driver’s seat and take control of your health and physique? Perhaps you’re already fit and want to challenge yourself to reach new heights? We offer group fitness classes for individuals who wish to lose weight, improve muscle tone, and have fun while doing it. We offer a variety of classes, virtually or at the Narangba Community Hall, where you can exercise in the company of people who have similar fitness goals.

Our group exercise class caters to all fitness levels, and we formulate our sessions so that everyone, from beginners to those who are already strong and healthy, feels challenged. So, whether you’re looking for beginners’ fitness classes or a more intense workout, we’re here to make the road to getting fit a smooth and enjoyable journey. These are some of the other things that you can look forward to when you choose us:

  • In-person or virtual. Our clients have the option of joining us in person or, for those who prefer to work out from the comfort of their own home, virtual classes too. Our digital on-demand service means you can work on your fitness whenever and wherever you want to, and you can stream a range of sessions from beginner fitness classes to more advanced sessions.

  • Wide variety of programs. We offer high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that not only focuses on burning fat but on building muscle too. This form of exercise is ideal for athletes wanting to condition their muscles, and it alternates high-intensity and rest periods and different activity ratios. You also have a choice of strength and tone classes where we conduct a dumbbell sculpt workout. We provide HustleFit sessions that include boxing, bodyweight training and more all to some great music to keep you motivated, or if you prefer something a little less demanding, why not stretch and relax to music in one of our dance fitness classes. Our Veraflow classes are for those who appreciate yoga because this form of exercise is gentle and low impact as opposed to Zumba, which is also high intensity. Round off your training with ab express, where you get to strengthen your core and lower back in an achievable 10-minute session.

  • Support and advice. We provide holistic service where we encourage a healthy lifestyle to support your fitness efforts. We regularly host wellness webinars and have a self-care library of resources to offer nutritional guidance, recipes, and even guided meditation. Fitness is a way of life for us. We dedicate ourselves to sharing our passion by sharing information through our blogs, offering wellness challenges, and motivating our clients through our masterclasses.

 

We also offer an online member portal where clients have access to online classes, stretch sessions, and a VIP Facebook group, to name a few.
